The Skylert system is also how Eanes ISD will notify parents in the case of an emergency. While parents will not be able to opt-out of the emergency notification such as weather emergencies or lockdowns, parents will have the option to customize how they receive those emergency notifications (via text, email, phone, or all three).
Here are the definitions of each notification type that you will see in the Skylert section of Family Access:

||Messages sent out when your child is absent from class
